We are part of the NFL Flag Football Program.  Launched in 1996, the FLAG Football program is designed to educate young people about football while emphasizing participation and sportsmanship. Players learn skills and lessons that help them succeed both on and off the field.

DAYS - Two days per week (One Weekday Evening, Saturday Morning).  Sometimes it will be two practices, sometimes it will be one game and one practice.

Generally the games and practices will be an hour and a half or less depending on start times.  Typically practices will begin @ 5:30 on weekdays and games will begin by 6:00.  On Saturdays games or practices will generally be morning hours.

DATES - Practices will begin first of September, Games will begin Mid September through end of October.

GAMES - Games will be primarily at Memorial Stadium in Asheville.

FEES - $55 includes NFL Flag Jersey Flag Belt
